What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Acquisitions
• Engage in face-to-face customer interactions across Essex
• Drive sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience
Customer Service
• Build trust with customers through excellent communication
• Ensure satisfaction, retention, and positive brand representation
Marketing & Brand Awareness
• Confidently communicate product features and benefits
• Represent clients professionally in various locations
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with your team to improve sales quality
• Tailor your approach through feedback and shared learning
Product Knowledge
• Share key information, stats, case studies, and examples
• Answer customer questions with confidence
Coaching & Development
• Learn directly from a dedicated mentor
• Listen, adapt, and grow by overcoming objections
Meetings & Events
• Attend daily office meetings

What We’re Looking For
• Strong face-to-face communication skills
• Ability to commute to Romford / Essex
• Enjoys working with people and being part of a team
• Eligible to work full-time equivalent (4–5 days per week, Mon–Sat) in the UK
• No experience required — full training provided
• Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, warehouse or customer service is a bonus
• Full UK driving licence preferred (extra incentives available), but not essential
