Purpose of the Role
The Admin Recruiter plays a key role in supporting the Managing Director and our contracted Brand Ambassadors by providing high-quality administrative, recruitment, organisational, and coordination support. This is a varied, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised, and taking initiative.

Proactive and able to use initiative in a varied role
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
A background in Sales or Recruitment is not essential, but it would be an advantage — especially if you enjoy chatting and building rapport!
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Actively manage and support the full recruitment process, including implementation, follow-up, and reporting
Design and place recruitment advertisements across multiple platforms
Manage recruitment calls and maintain strong phone engagement
Confirm candidate appointments and prepare for recruitment days
Maintain accurate recruitment records, advert tracking, and reporting
Monitor online blogs and social media platforms for recruitment activity
Host recruitment calls and assist with candidate screening
Administration
Prepare meeting hand-outs, reports, and documentation
Support the vetting process for new members of the sales team
Prepare, balance, and finalise daily and weekly sales reports
Finalise Brand Ambassador earnings accurately and on time
Maintain and update company procedures and documentation
Manage inventory and stock control
General Office Duties
Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and reception area
Meet and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Ensure office supplies are stocked and organised
Maintain office cleanliness and pride in the workplace
Retrieve and research information as required
Handle photocopying, binding, filing, laminating, and mail (incoming and outgoing)
Skills & Knowledge Required
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong problem-solving ability with a diplomatic approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
High level of discretion with confidential information
Understanding of privacy, data protection, and Covid-19 compliance within the office
Support & Training
Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure your success in this role throughout your employment.
Working Hours
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
Flexibility is required around schedules and meetings
