Sales Associate – Face-to-Face Sales | Full-Time Opportunity
We are currently seeking confident, motivated individuals to join our growing team as Sales Associates. This is a full-time, face-to-face sales opportunity based in London, representing well-known brands and engaging directly with customers.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, achieving targets, and developing a long-term career in sales. Successful candidates will receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and clear opportunities for progression based on performance.
About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers through face-to-face promotional campaigns, raising brand awareness and promoting products and services on behalf of our clients.
This is a target-driven role within a fast-paced environment, suited to individuals who are ambitious, proactive, and motivated by results.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Represent clients through face-to-face sales and promotional campaigns.
Sales Performance: Work towards individual and team sales targets.
Brand Representation: Deliver professional and engaging customer interactions.
Team Collaboration: Participate in daily briefings, strategy sessions, and ongoing training.
Skill Development: Continuously build sales, communication, and negotiation skills.

What We’re Looking For
Confident and comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Reliable and able to commit to a full-time schedule (4–5 days per week, Monday–Saturday)
Based in London or able to commute daily
Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential.
